provided further details of how its gallant troops descended on and captured the dreaded Sambisa
Forest from where the terrorist Boko Haram group had launched deadly attacks on Nigeria for years.

More revelations are emerging concerning how members of the Boko Haram lived their lives in Sambisa forest in Borno State where they formed a community with some of abducted victims.

Soldiers of the Nigerian Army launched a successful attack on the vast forest recently and captured the area including the now renowned camp zero where Abu Shekau, a factional leader of the sect, was believed to have lived. Though he was not captured in the latest attack, the army and citizens of the country have been celebrating this feat.

A series of videos released on the Twitter handle of the All Progressives Congress (United Kingdom) also showed military personnel either preparing to attack the insurgents or carrying out other activities within the forest. Some of the videos had a white journalist who recorded some of the scenes. Since the feat was recorded, President Muhammadu Buhari and the army have been receiving commendations.

A recent report also revealed that the foreigner who was caught by soldiers in the forest is actually a Frenchman with expertise on repair and unlocking or military armoured personnel carriers. Click HERE to watch first video, Click HERE to watch second video.
